If a user submits a quote request to a studio owner, the uploaded 3D model may be stored temporarily and transmitted to the studio owner as part of the request. Files associated with quote requests may be retained for a limited period necessary to deliver and process the request.
Ownership of Uploaded Models
Uploaded models remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Calculat3d does not claim ownership of any uploaded files.
No Reuse of Models
Uploaded models are never: sold, redistributed, publicly shared, or used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems. Uploaded files are processed automatically by software systems and are not manually reviewed unless required for technical troubleshooting.

When a user submits a quote request through a Calculat3d widget embedded on a studio owner's website, the submitted information and uploaded files are transmitted to the studio owner as the intended recipient of the request. The studio owner is responsible for how they process and store the received information.
When end-users submit information through the widget on a studio owner's website: the studio owner acts as the data controller; Calculat3d acts as the data processor; Calculat3d processes data only to provide the technical functionality of the service.

Calculat3d provides automated price estimation tools. All price estimates generated by the widget are indicative estimates based on parameters configured by the studio owner and automated geometric analysis. Calculat3d does not guarantee the accuracy of estimates. While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the widget or the service.
By uploading a 3D model through the Calculat3d widget, the user represents and warrants that they have the legal right to upload and share the file. Users confirm that uploaded models do not violate: copyrights, patents, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
Because our infrastructure may operate in multiple jurisdictions, information may be processed outside the user's country of residence.
